Joe Marshall has helped MC a stage at the festival for nearly a decade. Between performances he shares his homespun view of growing up in rural Bowling Green during the depression. Joe, who is perhaps best known as band leader of Joe Marshall's Rovin Ramblers (together 60 years) and owner of the Quonset has been telling his stories for most of his life at various festivals and as host of several radio and TV programs. He is also a regular Grand Champion of the Biggest Liar contest at Mule Days in Columbia TN.
