Festival Home A celebration of cultural diversity for the entire family
Festival Date

Cultural Display, Activity, Food, Merchandise & Special Interest Booths
are hosted by community organizations, individuals, professional vendors and businesses. In addition, festival organizers run several booths most of which are located near the fountain.

Pick up a Travel Guide at the Information Booth to collect stamps & stickers etc. as you visit the various booths.

Promote YOUR business or organization to a regional audience - choose "click here" for the application next to the appropriate type of booth below the festival booth descriptions.

Solicitations or circulation of information, surveys or business, religious or political materials is not permitted except within registered boothspace.

Festival Booths: Organized and run by festival volunteers, the festival booths are created for fundraising, providing information and offering free activities.
Festival Merchandise:
Country Passport Table Souvenirs like our Restaurant Discount Card or T-shirts sold at the festival merchandise booth help fund the festival.

Festival Information:
Special Interest The information booth is staffed with Board members and volunteers to answer questions about the festival. All vendors check in at the information booth.

Free Children's Activities:
Alive A variety of free make and keep children's crafts are available throughout the day at the children's activities tent.

Pinata Bursts:
Children's Activities Each hour on the hour pinata bursts are held near the children's activity tent. All pinatas are hand sculpted by artist Ronnie Jaggers and are displayed in her Chiseled Features Studio booth until time to break them.

Beer Garden:
Merch Booth Adults can support the festival as they enjoy a beer at the Budweiser trailer.

Pinata Burst Volunteer check in and orientation takes place at the volunteer tent.

All booths are invited to bring stamps, stickers etc. to put in festival goers' Travel Guides. Templates for flagstamps of some countries are available here.

WKU ISO members - Fill in the application below that applies to what you want to do. At the end of the application check the box to request that ISO pay your fees. All requirements in the application apply.

Authentic Foreign Food: A wide assortment of authentic foreign foods are available at the festival from professional vendors, ethnic restaurants, area organizations and local families.

If you will serve food and your menu includes authentic foreign foods click here (general food booths see special interest booth below). No deadline.
* Food booths must also register with the Health Dept and follow Health Department regulations (Deadline Sept. 25 at 9:30am Contact: Craig Patterson, (270) 781-2490 Ext 205 / craig.patterson@barrenriverhealth.org).

Foreign Culture Themed Merchandise: Our international bazaar features arts and crafts, clothing and a variety of merchandise from around the world.
Fest Merch If you plan to sell merchandise representing foreign culture click here (general merchandise booths see special interest booth below). No deadline.

Cultural Displays & Free Activities: Various organizations, businesses and families provide foreign culture activities and educational exhibits.
Cultural Displays If your booth's focus is a foreign culture display or activity based on a foreign culture and no money will change hands except in the form of a donation jar click here. No deadline.

Special Interest Boothspace: Due to space constraints and audience requests, Special Interest Booths (booths without a foreign culture theme) have been discontinued with the exception of our larger sponsors. Other requests for exemption from the festival theme requirement will be considered on a case by case basis. Exceptions will be rare.
USA/Passports If you are a sponsor at the Humanitarian ($1000) level or above use this application. Food vendors without foreign foods or others who would like to request exemption from our foreign culture theme click here. No deadline, but note requests are determined only once a month by Board vote.

All vendors, performers and volunteers coming in should enter the site at the entrance across from SKyPAC. There are no guests lists at the main gates. Boothspace assignments available only at check-in. See applications for check-in dates & times.
